1. Digital Products: Due to the nature of our business, which involves the sale of digitals products, we do not offer refunds once the product has been purchased and the download link has been provided.

2. Services: For all services rendered including consultations, coaching, or any other service offered, we do not provide refunds once the service has started or completed. 

3. Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for purchases made due to change of mind or any other circumstances. Please carefully consider your choices before finalizing any transactions.

4. Consultations and Advice (free or paid): Any advice, suggestions, or consultations provided by Luxurious Solutions are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, nor do we have any control over credit reporting agencies therefore refunds will not be issued based off perceived effectiveness of advice and/or consultations.

5. Technical Issues: In the case of any technical issues or difficulty accessing digital products, please contact us at bookings@luxurious.solutions. We will make any reasonable efforts to assist you. 

Unauthorized Transactions: If you believe that there has been unauthorized transactions, please contact our support team at bookings@luxurious.solutions promptly. There will be an investigation and refunds can possibly be given depending on the outcome of the investigation. 

7. Modification of Services or Products: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service, with or without notice. Refunds will not be issued for modifications.
